ENROLLMENT CLOSES SEPTEMBER 26

If we reach capacity before the deadline, all new applicants will be added to the waitlist for the next enrollment window.

We show you how to translate your skills for the business world.

Since 2022, we've helped more than 100 women in digital health gain confidence, advance their careers, and become exceptional business leaders.

How it works:

You'll choose a real strategic challenge you want to tackle, then follow our proven 12-week process to build an executive-level business proposal that showcases your leadership. At every step, you'll master key business skills through our focused curriculum, apply them to your project, and get feedback from Clare, expert mentors, and your peers. By week 12, you'll have a concrete deliverable you can use to advance your career — whether you’re seeking promotion, interviewing for roles, or even starting your own company.

  • Having the best clinical or scientific rationale in the world is not enough to launch a successful project or venture. Develop a business case that tells a clear story about the financial impact you’ll deliver.

    You’ll learn how to…

    • Assess business viability using unit economics

    • Define business value beyond financials

    • Design commercial models that support clinical outcomes

Outcome: A clear business case that helps you confidently advocate for your projects, secure budget, and show how you can influence strategic decisions within the organization.

  • Successfully implementing strategic initiatives requires more than just a great idea. It demands the ability to align cross-functional teams and reliably estimate what’s needed to deliver outcomes.

    You’ll learn how to:

    • Identify and work with key stakeholders

    • Map milestones and delivery timelines

    • Estimate required resources

Outcome: A streamlined implementation roadmap and planning framework helps you get buy-in, and shows you can operate effectively in a business setting.

  • By the end of the quarter, you’ll bring it all together to create a final deliverable that positions you as a strategic leader, whether you’re looking for a promotion, pitching a project, interviewing for a role, or launching a new venture.

    You’ll learn how to:

    • Use storytelling in your presentations to gain buy-in and motivate action

    • Communicate with clarity and demonstrate executive presence

    • Build polished slides like the top consulting firms

Use it to stand out in performance reviews, project proposals, and job interviews to advance your career.

  • Live group practice!

In the final week of your 12-week strategy sprint, opt-in to a hot seat during the live group call to practice presenting your strategy to Clare and the group. Get feedback, guidance, and support to fine tune your final deliverable.

jenna

“I elevated my understanding of business fundamentals, and filled a huge gap.”

  • I found the focus on strategy and vision really helpful, not only for creating better deliverables myself but also as a people leader, bringing those insights back to my team.

Clare's examples and explanations were really fruitful for crystallizing these ideas. I immediately took the strategy and business tools from the Career Accelerator and was able to use them. The networking opportunity was also great, getting to know people in this space and understanding what roles they're in and how they're navigating.

“The Career Accelerator had a huge impact on my leadership skills coming into the CEO role.”

  • I was feeling anxious that I didn't know how to be a good leader in digital health. The program showed me how to understand and create a strategy, and how to communicate cross-functionally. If I had a question, I could turn to the group and get inspiration from other people's experiences. Having a place to learn and grow was crucial for me.

“I gained confidence! I am able to articulate the value I bring to the table.”

  • Now I can better utilize my allies in helping me voice my thoughts and concerns. I am also able to communicate more effectively around complex issues the company has faced, and how I have worked through those.

    Asha Bauer, PsyD
    BetterUp

valerie

Found her voice, and pulled up a seat at the table.

  • Before joining the Career Accelerator, Valerie often sat in senior leadership meetings without speaking up. “I would contribute very little because I thought I didn’t know anything,” she said. As a researcher, the business language felt unfamiliar — and she struggled to see herself as an equal thought partner.

Through the program, she built confidence, deepened her understanding of digital health business, and found support in a community of like-minded women. “I didn’t feel like I was able to use my voice before,” she said. “Now, I contribute much more and think of myself as an equal thought partner.”

Since graduating, Valerie has launched her own consulting business!

jessica

Went from “pushing ideas” to driving strategy at the highest level.

  • “I joined the Career Accelerator with the goal to improve buy-in for my ideas, but I gained something much more valuable.”

Through the program, she developed a deeper understanding of how business strategy intersects with clinical research and product development. “I learned to triangulate the problem across stakeholders and detach from specific solutions,” she shared. Instead of pushing individual ideas, she began aligning her work with the core business and user needs — adapting her approach for different audiences like payers and end users.

The result? Stronger buy-in — not just for a single idea, but for her presence and perspective in strategic leadership conversations. “I gained buy-in for my ‘seat at the table,’” she said.

aarthi

Landed a bigger role, at an even bigger company.

  • Before joining the Career Accelerator, Aarthi had built a successful career in research leadership — but felt unsure how to engage in high-level business conversations. “I didn’t really feel like I had gotten any sort of formal training or mentoring,” she shared. As her company went through layoffs and an acquisition, she wanted to better understand strategy and contribute with confidence.

Through the program, Aarthi gained practical tools for evaluating business priorities and made immediate changes in how she showed up in meetings. “A light bulb went off in my head,” she said, recalling how one session helped her connect the dots between strategic decisions and company direction.

Today, she regularly engages in strategic discussions and helps shape research priorities that align with business goals. “Before, I may not have been as confident or comfortable asking questions,” she said. “Now, I definitely ask more questions and I’m not afraid to speak up.”

With a clearer view of the bigger picture, she’s leading her team with new focus and visibility.

erin

The best investment she made in her business

  • As a trauma expert and co-founder of Rebound Health, Erin had deep clinical knowledge — but stepping into a startup leadership role brought a whole new learning curve. She needed to make business decisions, communicate with investors, and scale the product without compromising on clinical integrity.

Both Erin and her co-founder saw the Career Accelerator as the best investment they could have made in their startup. “This was the most valuable accelerator we’ve ever encountered,” Erin shared.

Through expert mentorship, real-world strategy tools, and a supportive network, Erin gained the confidence and business skills to lead Rebound’s next phase of growth.

wendy

Gained the confidence and tools to launch her own business

  • When Wendy joined the Career Accelerator, she wanted to grow her ability to lead strategy — not just within her team, but across her company.

The program helped her gain clarity, sharpen her communication, and recognize the full scope of her leadership potential. “I have confidence and tools to use to deliver impactful strategy both at a company level and at my team level,” she shared.

She left with a stronger ability to showcase her impact — and a new vision for what was next.

Since completing the program, Wendy launched her own consulting business where she advises digital health companies on product, strategy, and clinical alignment. She’s also building the foundation for launching her own health tech startup in the future.

jessica

Built the skills for the job, and a network for the journey.

  • When Jessica transitioned into health tech, she quickly realized she needed to level up her business skills to lead effectively in her new environment. “After making the jump to health tech, I realized there were business skills that I needed to develop as a leader in my new position,” she shared.

Through the Career Accelerator, Jessica sharpened her strategic thinking, learned new frameworks, and gained tools she continues to use as she grows in her career. “I honed my business skills, improved my strategic thinking, and gained new tools and resources that will serve me throughout my career,” she said.

Since completing the program, Jessica has been promoted twice and now leads at a senior level. She was also invited to share the stage with her CEO at a major industry conference.

For her, the most meaningful part of the program was the community: “The opportunity to form relationships and hear from other women leaders in my industry was invaluable.”

MEET YOUR DIGITAL HEALTH MENTOR

>> FOUNDER OF WELL
>> DIGITAL HEALTH INVESTOR & ADVISOR
>> EXECUTIVE LEADER
>> F500 CONSULTANT (ALPHABET, SANOFI)

Looking back on my 10+ years in the digital health industry, there's so much that my training as a clinical psychologist never prepared me for. I joined my first startup straight out of my doctorate, and I made plenty of mistakes. Mistakes I can help you avoid.

Early on, I was constantly fighting to get my voice heard, and I felt like I was always a step behind. The important decisions were happening without my input - or any clinical perspective - in the room.

I finally figured it out. You have to think, speak, and deliver like a business leader to be taken seriously. And you have to be taken seriously to create the meaningful impact you're looking for.

I developed proven best practices allowing me to be promoted to VP at a multi-billion dollar company 4 years into my career, scale my teams, and get recruited into multiple C-level executive roles.

Since then, I’ve become an investor in startups and a trusted consultant to Fortune 100 clients including Alphabet and Sanofi.

Today, my work is to empower mission-driven, goal-oriented women to become the leading voices in healthcare innovation. You are the catalysts that will create real, meaningful, important change that helps people and heals systems.

Avoid the trial-and-error, frustration, and wasted time trying to figure it out alone.

I’d love to work with you!

I BET YOU’RE WONDERING…

If your goal is to gain influence, sharpen your business acumen, and stand out as a strategic leader in digital health, this program will help. But ultimately, it’s up to you to apply what you learn and take the next step in your career.

    PLEASE BE AWARE:

This is not a job search or job placement program. We don’t offer a job board, resume reviews, mock interviews, or tactical job search support.

If you’re primarily looking for help with the tactics of applying for jobs in digital health, we don’t recommend the Career Accelerator.

  • Many of our members have been promoted or moved into higher-level roles after completing this program, but we can’t guarantee you’ll have the same outcome. This program equips you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to operate at an executive level. It’s up to you to apply it.

  • Not at all!

While many of our members are clinicians or researchers looking to translate their expertise into business impact, we work with women from a wide range of backgrounds in digital health.

If you’re in product, strategy, operations, partnerships, business development, or commercialization, this program will help you build the skills, confidence, and business fluency to lead at the highest levels.

Even if you don’t have a healthcare background, you’ll gain the market insights and strategic frameworks you need to succeed in digital health leadership.

  • The Career Accelerator is a safe, supportive space for women and nonbinary leaders who want to build influence and step into executive roles in digital health.

Our curriculum and community are designed for the unique challenges women and nonbinary individuals face in male-dominated industries—from navigating executive dynamics to positioning themselves as strategic leaders.

This program is specifically built to equip women+ with the business, strategy, and leadership skills needed to thrive at the top levels of digital health.

  • We keep coaching flexible so you don’t have to fill your calendar with more calls. You can get feedback and support directly in Slack during weekly office hours, so you can make progress without waiting for a scheduled session.

As of August 2025, group calls are scheduled on Thursdays at 1:00pm ET. Expert Mentor session times vary based on speaker availability, but are always scheduled midweek (Tuesday–Thursday) during working daytime hours, Eastern US.

  • You do not need to attend live sessions to get full value from this program.

All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to the member portal within 48 hours, so you can watch at your own pace. You’ll have on-demand access to all session recordings for the duration of your membership—no missing out.

Many members engage primarily through asynchronous support in our private Slack community, where you can ask questions, get feedback on your work, and connect directly with Clare and other members between sessions.
