WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH
You’ll leave with a clear vision and deliverables you can use:
A clear understanding of the Care-to-Strategy Gap — the specific transition women clinicians face when they move from delivering care to leading systems that shape it
The ability to identify exactly where you are in the Clinical Changemaker journey and what the next stage requires
A strategically framed version of a real problem or opportunity you're working on
A draft Vision for Change — a specific, grounded statement of what you're working to build in healthcare and why you're the right person to build it
A clear picture of what it would take to move your vision from insight to real strategic initiative
WHO THIS IS FOR
For women clinicians who are ready to change what happens in healthcare.
This is for you if…
You're a woman clinician working in digital health, health tech, or healthcare innovation in a leadership, executive, or founding role
You're respected for your clinical expertise… but that isn’t what drives influence in your current environment
You have a strong sense of what needs to change in healthcare — and a growing frustration that the change isn't moving as fast as it should
You're done being the most informed person in the room and still not the one setting the direction
If you're carrying a vision for better healthcare and haven't yet found the path to lead it — you're in the right place.
WHAT WE’LL DO IN THE WORKSHOP
A working session that moves you through the Clinical Changemaker Model
This is a hands-on session, not a presentation. You'll move through the Clinical Changemaker Model, craft your personal roadmap, and leave with concrete deliverables you can use to accelerate your impact in healthcare innovation.
Name the gap
Understand the Care-to-Strategy Gap — why clinicians with deep expertise often struggle to drive strategic change in innovation environments, and what's actually happening when that friction shows up in your work.Apply the model
Walk through the three stages of the Clinical Changemaker Model and the specific capabilities that define each one. For each stage you'll see the mistakes that stall clinicians there and the pivots that move them forward.Build your roadmap
At each stage you'll do a short working exercise using a real challenge or opportunity you're bringing to the session. You'll leave with a strategically framed problem, a map of your critical moves, and a stakeholder influence map to help you move your ideas forward faster in healthcare.Define your Vision for Change
Every Clinical Changemaker needs one thing underneath the strategy and the execution: a clear vision for what they're working to change in healthcare. You'll draft yours — specific enough to guide decisions, grounded enough to point toward real work.Identify your next move
Leave with a concrete next step — whether that's a decision about how to deepen this work, a conversation you need to have, or a first action on your initiative.
MEET YOUR GUIDE
I’m Clare, founder of WELL and creator of the Accelerator.
I began my career as a clinical psychologist. Early on I stepped into the startup world — where I had to learn to translate clinical expertise into strategic thinking, innovation leadership, and business execution. Within four years I rose to VP at a multi-billion dollar healthcare company. Since then I’ve worked as a Chief Product Officer, fractional executive, advisor, and investor at the intersection of behavior change, technology, and healthcare innovation.
Now, I help women clinicians make the same evolution: from expert operator to strategic leader shaping healthcare's future.
Since 2022, I’ve worked with more than 100 women clinicians and scientists across digital health, big tech, and healthcare systems to help them create meaningful impact through their work.

For women who want to go faster…
This workshop stands on its own. You'll leave with a clear roadmap, concrete outputs, and a defined Vision for Change.
For some of you it will also be the clearest on-ramp into the WELL Accelerator: the 12-week program for women clinicians who are ready to claim a bigger role in shaping the future of healthcare.
We're currently enrolling for the next cohort. The workshop is the best way to experience the Clinical Changemaker framework before you apply.
You don't have to decide that now.
First step: save your seat.

-
No. It’s a hands-on working session. You’ll leave with a concrete plan and a system. I will share how the WELL Accelerator supports this work for those who are already emerging executives or founders, and want deeper support in January. You’ll have the option to book a call to apply to the program if eligible.
-
No — anyone is welcome to attend.
This workshop is open to all genders.
That said, the curriculum is intentionally designed around the lived experiences of women clinicians and scientists in digital health, especially those navigating influence, credibility, and leadership in environments where clinical expertise is often undervalued.
If that resonates with you, you’ll be in the right room.
